We have recently purchased a home at Buccaneer Club we are so happy, everyone is welcoming and friendly. The park is clean and beautifully maintained. All staff members are dedicated and professional. Sandy and Mike go out of their way to create a family like environment which is obviously contagious since our neighbors have done the same.

We are frequent visitors at the Buckingham Club. This year , we spent an extended period of time with residents. Mike and Sandy, the managers were amazing. They were fantastic ambassadors for Buckingham Club. Under the circumstances, they made our stay fun and relaxing. In addition to Mike and Sandy, the inclusive nature was also seen in the other residents. They invited us (and our children) to events like shuffleboard tournaments & other outdoor activities while safely social distancing. We cannot say enough good things about our time at Buckingham Club. We highly recommend it!

I have been a resident at Buckingham Club Mobile Home Park for six years. It is a wonderful place to live. Safe and friendly. Although the park has always been well maintained, the recent renovations and painting done by the new owners have really added to the beauty of the mobile home park. The improvements around the pool/recreation area make me feel like I’m at the beach. It looks like a sandy beach resort. I love it here. You will, too.

Hello James, We are a 55+ Pet free land lease community. The monthly lot rent is $805.00 which includes the amenities, trash pick up, lawn maintenance etc. Our residents own their own home and are responsible to pay for basic cable, water and electric.
