We drove from Iowa to look at a FSBO property at the Winds, loved it! Beth was great when she was around. She knew we were closing on our house up here on March 14 and we had all the paper work turned in as she asked. We still didn't receive the background check as they stated they looked for felony's on your recorded, which my husband that has MS me being a preschool teacher doesn't have. Three days from closing on our house up here in Iowa, we get a call that we we're denied! Joan and Regina were very unpleasant! I am sick to my stomach right now as I just got a job offer down there and now we will be homeless!!! Way to go guys! Oh and we were paying cash for the place and we even put money down!

Been here eight years, I started to believe that things were improving but I was wrong. The office personnel are hateful and condescending and treat you like they are doing you a favour by waiting on you. We pay an outrageous amount of lot rent for nothing but a road leading to our home. I have never felt welcome here and never will.

Our rental was very comfortable and the people in the park were so welcoming! They included us in everything that we wanted to participate in-pancake breakfast, St. Patrick's Day dinner, couples golf and dinner, etc. We just love the complex and hope we can find a rental for next year!

My father in law lives there and what he said is hes rent was raise and the pool is closed for renovation. It was said they were going to add another pool but I don't think it will happen
Yes they do. I have met a few ppl in past years that have rented. Usually owners do not prefer to rent it less than 5/ 6 months. However i'm sure there are some who do

there is a parking lot that they will let it sit there for a couple weeks but they'd prefer you rather not do that
