We were happy with one PA there until that person left. Customer service is highly challenging. Sometimes no calls back, etc. we tried very hard to stay with them but it was a battle getting appointments and sometimes just someone to answer the phone. Not what you want from your health care provider. Also seemed like no matter what was going on with you, they needed you to come in. A high focus on money seemed very evident to us and took precedence over our health. I believe they have the ability to do better but we couldn’t wait any longer for them to change so we went elsewhere.

Very impressed with this office for their service this week. I just had my 3-year-old son in for a check-up Friday, and everything seemed fine. He had been dealing with a cough and congestion but had no other symptoms. Monday night around 9pm he started crying excessively and saying his ear was hurting. He gets excessive wax buildup, but he ALSO had some discharge running out of his ear. He was crying and screaming in pain, and we had to give him children’s acetaminophen so he could sleep. We have never experienced this before from him, so I called Absolute Health and left a message to find out what we should do next. Tuesday morning the pain had stopped, I had to go to work Tuesday and Wednesday, and as it stands right now he has not had the pain return. Praise God he seems to have fought the infection with his fever Monday night, but for my part I had not had time during business hours to call Absolute Health back. You know what those kind souls did? They called 4 times over the 2 days, and left my voicemails with 3 different appointments I could have for my son. One even said, “If you aren’t able to call and confirm it’s okay just come in anyway.” That is such a heart for their patients!! Wanted to leave them a shout out for their hard work on our behalf. Try them out—they are top notch and SOOOOO much better informed than the standard doctor’s office on the root cause of health problems and how to build a healthier life!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone besides the fact that they forgot about my father in a room on 3 different occasions. They never answer the phone and they are now pushing their patients to other places and now doesn't do pain management. I am just disgusted with this place.. good luck to anyone who goes there.

The staff here do not think at all Triage was terrible and you would think if somebody is self paid then they would tell them if they're going to charge someone twice the normal amount before they have their visit not after my doctor is great but the staff are the reason I'm not going back
