This place is a little over priced for what you get. There is no pool or workout area, parking is $20 a night, and deposit is $100. The rooms are plain, mostly clean, no extra bedding unless you ask for it. No microwave, no extra toilet paper unless asked, TV channels are limited. Signage at the hotel sucks, I had to walk around and find someone to check in. Lighting in the room sucks to. They really need to work on there amenities. Won't stay here again unless it's cheaper!

When I booked the room I was told a king size bed, the photos make this hotel seem luxurious. It's not I have had better quality rooms at other places for less then the cost of this room. This place is not worth the price in my opinion, the room is small there is no mini fridge, no ice bucket to get ice. The curtain were all torn and disgusting. The sheets don't even fit the bed, the mattress is hard as a rock. The remote for the TV had no back on the batteries so they kept falling out, the AC is a joke it hardly works. This place is not worth the trouble. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... MOTEL 8 WOULD BE BETTER

Never stayed at this hotel before. Got a decent deal so decided to give it a try. Our thoughts are mixed. Pros: Good location, friendly staff, easy in & out self-park lot. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Cons: plain sparse rooms - no decor, one tiny garbage can, no mini fridge (which I feel is pretty standard in hotels anymore). Only one bedside table. Hot water ran out quickly in shower (had a good 4-5min). View wasn’t the best (but we also never asked for a decent view)- so if that is important to you, it should probably get mentioned. I know hotel is under renovations and it does have some potential.

Edit: Have been receiving the run-around on the phone for over a week now. Told the managers aren't there. Most recently told to call back again 4 more days. Exhausting. There was a DJ in the lobby blasting music through the entire building until almost 2:30 AM. Literal club music, shaking the walls in the THIRD FLOOR. Placed multiple calls to the front desk with zero follow-up and just let the music continue. Next morning asked for a manager and were told they weren't in until 2pm, then called at 3pm and were told the managers were already gone. Zero resolution and a waste of money. Both the actual accommodations and the service were extremely lacking. Feeling disrespected as a person who paid money to just get a night of sleep and the hotel couldn't even provide the one thing it is supposed to. If I was blasting music like that in my own room, the hotel would ask you to turn it down. But it's okay for the establishment to keep all of its guests awake???

No. 18 years and up unless you are applying for a bartender position. You do have to be 21.
The Hotel is 2.2 miles from the DMC - Detroit Medical Center - where Receiving Hospital is located. It's about a 10 minute car ride.

We do have a wheelchair on property for guest usage. If you are requesting for the full time during your stay, we would make the same suggestions as the person below, CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreens in the area.
