What a weird mixed bag of experiences. I would not recommend for dining in. The one time I did, the atmosphere felt like an empty school cafeteria with a very strange smell. It felt cold and unwelcoming. I have had multiple DoorDash orders get cancelled while my Dasher was waiting for the order and then the restaurant cancels the order without explanation. I placed an order for curbside pick up and called when I arrived. The person told me the order said pick up so I needed to come in.. not sure why they couldn’t be bothered to bring it 30 feet to my car when they were clearly not busy at the time. We got home and realized the crepes we ordered were missing the main ingredients. They did give us a refund for that part when we called. I was disappointed to learn they are not actually open 24 hours as the sign outside states. Food is generally good, but service is hit and miss.

First, the waiter said "we've run out of ice..." How.. how are you serving warm soda and water to patrons. Second, you could tell he was new and trying his best, I'd give him 5 stars for effort but no one else working tried to help him. The host tried to sit 5 people in a small small booth, that could maybe sit 4. When a 6 person table was open.. we had to tell them we don't fit here can we move to that table? Food took a long time, some dishes were hot others cold. No rhyme or reason. I'd avoid this IHOP and try a different one.

Horrible experience. We ended up walking out after waiting for our food and was told the ticket wasn’t even put in yet. I completely understand short staff issues and such but this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention the manager talking to his employees the way he was. In my opinion a body was needed for a manager and he got it. Another issue seen first hand was the busboy taking clear liquids from tables that he was cleaning cups from and pouring it on the table to do the final wiping up to make it look clean. I told the manager and he replied that they are short staffed and he can’t manage everyone. At this point we walked out. There was also several people coming in while we were waiting to pick up mobile orders or online orders. They were so backed up with them that they were telling people they didn’t have the order. One guy stated to give refund and manager told him to call him tomorrow that he could look at refund then.

Eventhough they are short staffed, they managed to serve all patrons equally and quickly. Aurelia was especially great with a large group of special needs children. My congratulations on hiring staff that cares about people and gives great customer service.

I wish I knew that answer. During each visit I noticed 2-3 servers and they serve as host too.
The one in gambrills has senior menu and we went on Wednesday and did receive half off reg menu
