Service agents pleasant and helpful, location is great, not far from UMD and DC - not far from beltway. Room: good size on a budget, need some updates, need newer or shampooed carpet, bed comfortable, no bugs, little to no noise, however, some questionable people roaming about in parking, meandering around in lobby - they do have security cameras. Close by to eateries.

Due to the Wells Fargo Computer Glitch. I lost my home and stay in this motel with my children for couple of years to prevent us from being on the street. I have stay in hotels for a period of time and the price goes down but staying in this motel the price keeps going up. The service sucks, no WiFi and towels etc is poor. The towel bar broke not by us but the cleaners. And they wanted to bill us for it, now mind you this bar was old from wear and tear and they wanted to bill us for it. Never will stay here again.

Positive: Make sure cleaning webs on the walls and ladybugs ¿¿. Need queen bed instead full size. Make sure people feel comfortable to sleep. Negative: Not comfortable sleep because of mattress.
