Online ordering is a little pointless. The shift lead is nice enough but when I order a half hour ahead of time and give them a couple extra minutes I expect the food to be ready when I get there not 12 minutes after my pickup time and also wrong. They hadn't even started it when I arrived. Someone next to me walked out because he had been waiting an hour? Maybe gave them an hour notice w online order. Not a single napkin in my bag. I don't know what happened to the tea machine but it was spitting out some wild looking foamy liquid. The deal I ordered online was supposed to be $5 but then was $5.79 before tax after I removed stuff, what? The crunchwrap was supposed to be beans, and instead it was beef. The beef hard taco still had pieces of cheese on it and within the lettuce, you can't do that when people with allergies or food sensitivities are coming in.. The lettuce was browner than I'd expect. They kind of tried? When I walked in they were trying to get an employee back behind the counter it sounded like she had gotten in a fight with someone in the kitchen and they told her to get out right before 🤣. I know everywhere is having staffing issues but could one thing have gone right?

friendly staff! i used to come here all the time, but here more than any other fast food establishment in north everett, they get the order wrong more than any where else. pretty much every order is missing an item or two. i would accept a few more minutes of waiting if i left with what i paid for!

I've never seen a restaurant so filthy. It is challenging to relay the layers of lettuce, trash, napkins, used gloves, and the particular caked-on food residue of the trash can and floor. Sadly my phone does not capture the level of trash (lettuce, etc.) which littered the entirety of their food prep area. Unfortunately there were an abundance of workers but it seems only one microwave, so their prep time is appalling, combined with a great deal of talk and laughter about coffee preparation. (Instead of cleaning.) Fortunately after about 20 minutes of waiting, I shifted position, and saw the condition, after which I promptly exited and left the last $6 I'll ever spend at any restaurant.

Genuinely has to be one of the worst run establishments I’ve ever seen. Workers dropped two orders in the hour and a half I had to wait to get my two burritos. Shows blatant disrespect to all doordash workers and always puts their orders as dead last. I’ve never seen a place as mismanaged as this in my life I would rather have middle schoolers come in and make food. Update: there has now been a third spill with a worker throwing a cheese cup at the garbage can and missing completely.
