Downgraded to 2 because there are mice in apartment and in a building 67 whetre I live, and it looks like management dosn't really care about it. It is Cheap and Close to UMASS medical school, has elevators, convenient for wheelchair. They have a wonderful manager Anne and employees are nice. Nevertheless, walls and ceiling are so thin, you can know where is your neighbor up your apartment and hear all the neighbors around you, and in the hallway. There are false fire alarm work out. So be prepared to hear it, and as soon as everyone aware it's false nobody goes out from the building. So, imagine the consequences when of real fire alarm, but tenants will stay at their apartments. Ventilation is also a problem.
