Terrible. Wow just terrible. The girls are rude in the phone and even more rude when you go in. They set up multiple people at the same appointment time so you expect at least a 30 minute wait EVEN WITH an appointment! They act like you're a burden to them while simultaneously treating you like you're homeless. I'd highly recommend going to another location. In fact I'd recommend going to another company. AMERICA'S WORST!!!

The staff were professional and kind. This place would have gotten 4 or 5 stars if their payment system wasn’t messed up. I paid with my credit card and on my screen it said approved but on their computer it said it didn’t go there. So I had to wait a day for the charge to drop off my statement before I could give it another try. By the next day the charge disappeared and I called to see if I could come back and try to make the payment again and they were still having issues with their payment system. NowI’m stuck waiting for them to fix it and I have to go longer without the glasses/contacts that I expected to have by now(days after my visit). Besides this incident everything went well.

First time going to America’s Best. Great experience from the beginning. Super friendly and very helpful. I like what they have to offer and the turnaround time to receive my glasses was awesome.

Rude and not helpful it is sad because I had gone to this location before, and the first girl that helped me was so helpful. The next time I came in I was interested in glasses and the guys was impatient and rude. I thought maybe he os having a bad day no problem, then I called to pick up contacts that I pay for and the girl was rude over the phone and then I went in and the sme girl was even more rude. I will not be buying my glasses here or coming back to this location and it takes a lot for me to say horrible service.

You can make an appt. and get new glasses. It only takes 2 weeks to get them.
