Very clean well kept apartment complex maintenance is always on the upkeep in both buildings, management is great ( tenants words) pet friendly 50 plus complex with lots of amenities for residents. community garden Farmers market in the summer time laundry facilities, library, community room,gym well kept parking lot and the landscaping in very nice

That's your opinion you're not even talking about the mice. And the windows that are too drafty because they're so old and they don't work properly. And let's not forget the toilets that don't work properly most of the time new innovative water saving toilets that are a pain in the butt
30% of your income if you're on low income. Full rent I don't know what it is
I would call the leasing office but most locations have a waiting list regardless.
Just know that it' on a very steep hill
