So beautiful! Glad I called when I did, everyone is in line to live here! I still have a few months so I am glad I can start the process now. From someone who does not leave reviews for anyone, let me tell you about my experience at 1500 Orchard... I moved here from Hawaii and from the get go, the property manager provided me with the most astonishing customer service I’ve ever experienced...ever. 1500 Orchard has been nothing but an exceedingly positive experience for me. The staff has worked so diligently in making me feel safe and comfortable in my home. They have made my time here memorable and easy. I did encounter a mishap with an appliance, and both the property manager and the maintenance team were able to not only reimburse me, there were able to get a brand new appliance delivered and installed hassle free. I’d have to say the make or break of this place truly was the staff alone. They treat each of their tenants like family and develop close relationships with them. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Thank you Melanie (property Manager) and Darryl (maintenance team) for such a great living experience!!!!
