I waited a long time for a tatted out attendant with attitude at the Shell in Tualatin to get to me. Gave him my card and waited awhile. After he asked me if I needed a receipt I said no and drove off, getting a couple blocks away, only to see my gas cap falling off the bed cover of my truck. I stopped to retrieve it only to find that the gas nozzle and part of the hose was still in my gas tank. So I took that out and threw it on the ground so I could put the cap back on the tank. Then I saw that there was no additional gas in the car at all. I would have driven back to report the guy but he seemed to be the only one on duty.

Never coming back. Used to come here daily after work to pick up smokes and snacks. Gas once a week or so. The staff is friendly and that is the only reason it's not 1 star. Went there for gas last week and the attendant proceeded to "top off" the gas to make the cash price an even number. First of all topping off is bad for your car and second he topped off 2 dollars. And overfilled my vehicle. Gas was running down the side and at 5 bucks a gallon I was very unhappy to see a puddle of gas under my vehicle and the entire time the clerk in the store was laughing because apparently he does that a lot and they think it's a joke?

This is a great Shell station that is usually quick to fuel up, and has most everything you could need inside, from snacks and drinks to spare oil. They even have a car wash and 24 hour service, great for if you’re out late or up early and are running low on gas. The greatest downside is the limited access to the gas station from the street. The only space to pull in is from eastbound on Nyberg Street. If you’re headed west on Nyberg, you have to turn at the light and drive through the Lay Z Boy parking lot in order to fuel up, which is a major inconvenience.
