Funtime Rv was the best service experience we have ever had. After taking our trailer elsewhere and being pulled through the ringer, we decided to take it to Funtime RV. Sabrina Was one of the easiest people to communicate with, she would send us emails every so often to let us know what was going on. At the time of some warranty work being done we decided we wanted to have the front lower cap of our trailer rhino lined to prevent anymore rock chips. Let me just tell you Shawn (gosh I hope that’s his name) did a phenomenal job on it. He also had fixed a wire job on our way out very quickly. Our over all experience was top of the line and it’s hard to find anyone who wants to work in today’s world. Funtime RV make sure to hold on to these two employees they truly are amazing.

Everyone is spectacular and are worth working with as they will invest back in you. Specifically, Tristan in Sales out did himself with his knowledge and ability to relate each trailer to the the clients specific needs and effects timely help way pros and cons to make the best informed decision possible. Scott the Gm shined over and over with services, follow ups and genuine personal connection established quickly but felt like we were being taken care of old friends. Loretta who may be mentioned last but certainly not least bent over backwards to be informative, helpful, thoughtful and expedient navigation of our financing documents. Her experience is evident, and her attitude and genuine care for her clients propels her to go far beyond the average person.
