Delivery time was set for 9:15-11:15am and they notified that they would be at our house in 15mins. They were here by 9:30am. They were courteous and ask were the items go. The delivery time was quick. I would recommend Lazy Boy Furniture Galleries to anyone. Great job and it was less than 6 mos. that was communicated to us at the beginning of the ordering process.

The La-Z-Boy team at the store was amazing in communicating with us the progress of our furniture set order. The delivery center also was excellent at communicating and arranging delivery. And the delivery guys were amazing! They helped quickly move my previous La-z-boy sofa and love seat to the garage and then moved in new furniture set, assemble it and demonstrated how to operate. Except for the excessively ling wait from time of order (9 months) the experience has been excellent.
