My sister and I were in the tualatin Red Robin this evening the 30th of June and had some problem using a gift card that had multiple restaurants on it the server who was very nice was told it didn’t work and we had to go online to see it and request which restaurant we wanted which was really weird as we’ve used this type of card before so we paid cash and on the way out it was bothering me so I asked to speak to the manager she was the nicest young lady and immediately took care of the problem and said it should of been ran as a credit but the servers did not know this as they had not been trained she fixed the problem using the gift card and refunding our cash she was a real asset to your restaurant and was very kind and professional I give her a 5 star for sure and our waitress was sweet and efficient she just didn’t know procedure with this type of card. I wish I would of got the managers name but I did not it was around 6-630 on Thursday June 30. I was very impressed with her!

Great experience! The location was super understaffed but let me say whoever was in thr kitchen KILLED it. Onion rings, fried pickles and the fish and chips were the best I've had from a red Robin. I am disappointed red Robin as a whole has reduced its menu to be a pizza place.... But that has nothing to do with this specific location. Keep it up! Thank you for a great night

I would probably recommend 5 guys instead. They have equal or probably better quality, about the same price but you don't have to tip. Server and when you try to order an alcoholic beverage they won't lie to you and say that there's alcohol in it. I swear they put like one single drop of liquor I'm their drinks and say "it's got alcohol in it". Also 5 guys gives you free nuts. Just saying. Better options considering the quality and price.

Super yummy dinner. Our server was so kind and food came quick hot and fresh! Ac felt good since it was so hot out! Our drinks were never empty! Probably the best service we’ve had there!
