I had very good service by the staff here even showing up right at opening, the restaurant was very clean, the food took about 10-15 mins but was very delicious. Especially loved the BBQ flavor wings, and even the smallest fries they offer give you a lot of food for your money.

Gave us the wrong order and a cheaper product with the wrong sauce. I also had to wait 20 more minutes then they said I would online. I tried to call and ask if we could bring our order back and get our correct order and they left us on hold for over 45 minutes. After waiting that long I gave up. Never going here again!

Usually my order is always on time. Good customer service. But this time we went on a Saturday (busier) day. I was quoted 20 min and it ended being almost 45 minute wait when I arrived in 20. I’ve managed a pizza restaurant so I get it. Things happen. Tickets get lost. But you’d think that a manager would give you a discount or fix the situation after the guy yells out oh yeah because we lost your ticket! So irritating! That’s not good management. Never let your customers here that from an employee.

I look at the pictures of others people put up and I'm jealous, maybe because I ordered delivery I had a bad batch. Mine was way too loaded with rubbing salt and the fries were barely edible. I made it halfway before giving up on the dish. Maybe I'll try again take out and hope for better results like in other pictures I see posted on here but here is mine!
