How do I get in contact to talk to someone in charge of these apartments I left for messages 4 times and I always get the voicemail???

I do not live at Hillcrest. I do however know several friends that do live at Hillcrest. Yes the woman who runs the place is very straight forward and cold, which is required given the job she has to do. Hillcrest is 100+ unit complex with mostly disabled people, elderly and only 15 low income families. As a Firefighter-Medic I can tell you from experience any place with a high concentration of elderly and handicap will have a lot of police, fire, and ems activity. The police respond to radio the incoming fire & EMS units what the issue is. A lot of time it is just an edlerly person that tripped their Life Line by mistake. As far as arrest in the complex the police record show as no higher then any other place in the city of Attleboro. As far as the bulky goods piled up was due to the city saying they would come and pick up these items. When the city recanted on their williness to pick these items up the complex was stuck with it until other arrangements could be made. The bulky item have since been moved. In the past three year this complex has repaired all the porches, replaced all the roofs, and now resurfaced all the parking lots. And installed new playgrounds and Bar-B-Q units.

I LIVED AT HILLCREST ACRES FOR 5 YEARS! TH PLACE IS TRASH THE APTS THEMSELVES ARE DECENT BUT THE SURROUNDING IS AWFUL. THE LADY IS CHARGE IS THE MOST INTIMIDATING LADY U WILL EVER COME ACROSS FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND LIVING THERE

I don't live there....I live nearby, they always have cops, fire trucks and ambulances a lot at night. The tenants leave mattresses, broken tvs, old furniture on the property parking lot. It looks like a dump site for a landfill or a junkyard, not in a waste container...its just left on the ground piled up and scattered. Can't believe their faculties and tenants allow this!! The play ground and basketball area isn't a desirable place to send children to play. Overall this place doesn't seem to be an apartment, more like a section 8 housing or the projects. Their rates should be free, place is a dump lol literitly I'll try to post pics of their landfill project.
