Attorney Cara Gallucci and her paralegal Kristen DiChiaro have been most caring, thorough, efficient and professional over the past three years to bring my case to a final conclusion. Having been rear-ended by a drunk hit-and-run driver, I was under a lot of stress physically and work-wise and both Cara and Kristen were always available for support and with needed information. I would highly recommend their services.

How would you approach a surgery...possibly permanent liver disease, life long damage due to malpractice

In order for this case to be one of medical malpractice, we would have to show that the doctor or hospital was negligent or made a mistake and that this was the cause of the liver problem. It is really that simple....medical malpractice is when a medical provider makes a mistake and this causes the patient permanent harm.

Roger, there would need to be positive proof that either the Doctor or Hospital was negligent causing your knee to get infected. Please call our office at 1-800-992-6878 so we can have one of our legal staff evaluate your specific case.
