Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel

I don't know why any hotels other than best westerns exist. Every time we stay at one it just really highlights everything I don't like about other hotels. This one had very friendly service. The rooms were perfectly clean and smelled fantastic. Excellent little weight room. The pool was large, perfect temperature and deep enough that 6 ft me could tread water! The breakfast was so delicious and had plenty to choose from. Several restaurants deliver here as well. Loved it here.

We stayed here for one night, on 7/16. The room was clean and decent but the pillows were uncomfortable. They were the size of throw pillows you’d have on your couch. The shower didn’t have the best water pressure and the towels were rough. Other than that, the room was average. Breakfast is free and I suggest the waffles, they were the best thing they had to offer! The fitness center is small, pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. When we left I realized I forgot my shoes in the room, we already hit the road heading back to NY so I called. The first person I spoke to told me to call back in the morning. The second person told me to fill out a form online. The third person actually took the time to check lost and found and no one had turned them in. I know this is my fault for leaving them behind but I’m certain I left them in that room. No one came into our room to replenish the towels or clean up. Overall, this hotel isn’t worth the price of the stay but it’ll do. I had expected more. 1 star until I get my shoes back.

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding on June 18th. Our guests were raving about how nice the hotel was. And 5 stars is not enough stars for how wonderful the staff is. The fire pit and pool were a huge hit, and we ordered pizzas our first night and the staff set up their dining room for us. And the breakfast was awesome. Amazing experience all around. If you're looking for a nice hotel close to Boston, this is the place to go.

Best stay at a hotel I’ve had in a long time! Rooms were large and spacious, very clean, staff were so friendly and made checkin and out easy and painless! Thank you for an amazing stay! Location was great! Definitely staying here again!
