I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years. This time the hotel stay was a disaster. The room smells & when I step from the carpet to the tile, there is dirt print from my flip on the tile. But the worst item is the bed bug, last night I decided to use the blanket, then I got bitten all over & smashed a big bed bug on the bed. I noted to the front desk customer service personal & showed him the pictures.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but my experience with this hotel was suboptimal. I had to change rooms three times - the first time because the room had a ver bad smell which I tried to ignore for 2h but I started feeling nauseous, the second time the room I was given was not cleaned, the third time the room was okay but it had fresh paint and they didn’t have any other rooms. The staff dealing with the room changes was not very friendly. I hope the management can make some improvements soon.

This location has been very busy during my stays. It seems as though this is the norm. All staff that I have spoken with have been professional and courteous. However, the facility is showing wear and tear that maintenance and housekeeping staff should address. Most recently I noticed that the pool appeared cloudy. Our room was missing utensils and a toaster. The outside trash bins are often overflowing. Pleased to see that guests are asked not to smoke near the doors or on the patio. All Home2 need to enforce this policy.

The room was spacious, and we loved the kitchenette, couch, and rolling table to eat food. The mattress was a little hard but overall a nice overnight stay. We would stay again.
