Just left chili’s I went to enjoy a dinner with my son and husband on Father’s Day Mind you I been coming here for years the Host was so rude!!! Older lady with blonde hair and glasses made us wait 15 minutes for a table when there was about 20 tables available she sat us at a table and we asked for a booth she said NO I CANT DO THAT I WILL GET FIRED PEOPLE WITH KIDS CAN ONLY SIT AT TABLES ITS A FIRE HAZARD and refused to let us sit in a booth so we decided she to leave and come to applesbees where we are now waiting for our food at a booth with our child. As I left she was also being very rude to the people waiting. I will never go to chili’s again. She needs to be fired this is not the job for her.!!!!!!!!!!!

Just left here I can’t say how impressed I am with holly. Not only was she professional she was polite. I highly recommend her as your server! Thank u holly for making our dinner great

Nice service, menus were grossly sticky. Wait start was very nice and honest. Mashed potatoes are fake which is unfortunate. Portions were big. Our food was timely. Good cup covers for kids. Bathrooms remotely clean.

Excellent service by all members of the staff. Great food, the staff even added in an extra scoop of ice cream.

The quality of the meat there is horrible /just had steak there and it was tough and just terrible and my cookie dessert still had wrapper on the cookie/just terrible quality of food should be first (Not profit)!!!!!!

You should've definitely spoke to the manager. If you still have your receipt, it's not too late to do so.

Super disappointed in the quality of the food today. I used to come to chilis all the time but I dont think I will be back. I ordered a steak and could not cut through It what so ever theres no way i would have even been able to chew it.

Not your fault but, there big thing is nachos, burgers, fajitas, fries and a Bar crowd.. chilis is like 99,or applebees. STEAK IS NOT THERE SPECIALTY.. GO TO A GOOD STEAKHOUSE, TEXAS ROADHOUSE ETC. great analogy is ordering Italian food @a Chinese restaurant, or getting a hotdog @Twin Oaks. I use this as my rule of thumb..I feel for you, I hope you got it taken of the bill. And the management should stop trying to sell Steak @ a burger mixed Mexican restaurant..
