Super disappointed in the quality of the food today. I used to come to chilis all the time but I dont think I will be back. I ordered a steak and could not cut through It what so ever theres no way i would have even been able to chew it.

Not your fault but, there big thing is nachos, burgers, fajitas, fries and a Bar crowd.. chilis is like 99,or applebees. STEAK IS NOT THERE SPECIALTY.. GO TO A GOOD STEAKHOUSE, TEXAS ROADHOUSE ETC. great analogy is ordering Italian food @a Chinese restaurant, or getting a hotdog @Twin Oaks. I use this as my rule of thumb..I feel for you, I hope you got it taken of the bill. And the management should stop trying to sell Steak @ a burger mixed Mexican restaurant..

I went today and the food was so horrible you could tell everything was not fresh .... even the salad was old. Not sure how the line cook would allow thst salad to even go out looking so bad . My mashed potatoes were disgusting 🤮 and my husbands fajitas awful.... not sure why the food was so bad

I have been disappointed with them since they changed their menu...it seems once they did that, their service went down as well. I would go to Longhorn for a better steak!
