I have been using the drop off service for over a year. I stopped going because my clothes never smell as good as when it’s being done at home. Also, there has been numerous occasions when I wouldn’t receive a text message, not knowing my laundry is ready for pick up. The white clothing items are not being bleached even though I have repeatedly added it to my service ticket. There has been too many mistakes, and clothes not being cleaned properly. It is not worth their increased pricing. I’m glad I found a better location in North Providence.

What laundromat closes at 6pm ? I walked in for the first time at 5pm the women never says she closes at 6pm and I never dreamed a laundy mat would close at 6pm. She made change for me I put all my laundry in machine ran to store quick and when I came back at 5:40 she then informs me that they close at 6pm. I had to leave with wet clothes because I did not have time to dry the cloths, never again first time and last time doing laundry there.

Closes too early and arrived at 5pm, the women working there didn't even warn us that they close so early so had to leave with damp laundry! Never going here again.
