Horrible business horrible management my friend went in to buy a vaporizer but then realized that he had to pay taxes on his vehicle so he went to return the item come to find out there was a big hassle with the return policy and they opened the box and inside was rocks standard old bluestone driveway large rocks which he had to keep from another package sold them earlier the day from the store. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you open your stuff looking the box and it's investigate you never know what you could get in there toenails diapers shake my head

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!! My wife visited yesterday and was given the wrong package of coils after showing the staff the correct information as its "all they had" however it was for a completely different device. My wife does not vape so it was an honest mistake on her part. She returned to the store less then 24 hours later to exchange them for the correct ones which surprise surprise, they do not have.... yet they sell the device.... weird. She is then told EVEN WITH THE RECIPT she can not return an UNOPENED PACKAGE!!! She can only exchange for store credit. This store credit has to be used within 48 hours and was told "you need to use it today". So now we are stuck with sacrificing 25 dollars or falling into their plot of keeping the money by purchasing something we do not want or need. I do not normally write reviews nor become upset by these situations however this is fully unacceptable. I will be contacting the BBB as well to report their shiesting ways. I will never use this store again, and I advise anyone reading this to stay far far away, if you have vape needs use Voltage Vape right next door. Furthermore, upon initial visit to this location a couple months back my wife attempted to facetime me to verify she was getting me the correct vape juice. Staff freaked out when she did so. Something is very off about this place, and I do not trust based off of these experiences that there isn't something fishy going on within this store.
