A nice place for families. The yards are maintained and the streets monitored by a neighborhood watch and the York County Sheriff's dept. Mostly older residents who have been there for years. Buy your home and rent his lot. Very hard to find anything as nice and as close to Charlotte as this 5 road neighborhood.

I like it it's nice here. It's affordable and spacious......... Psych it's horrible the landlord filed for evction for me and my 2 kids on a month we had already paid for and he doesn't call to let you know he is coming to the property also my husband took the full payment and he didn't want to take it horrible place not even kept clean

The owner is an old drunk that wont replace the septic lines, so seepage come up in peoples yards, and he looks for reasons to evict people. My parents were paid up, and he tried lying, and took them to court right before christmas. Of course he lost tho because hes just an old ignorant drunk. So not really lol.
He does police checks of background on people
