I have a 2000 nissan altima, I havent received the title from the dmv its been 10 days. can you look it up or do I have to have it in hand. to get a loan.

I just paid off a lien loan on my truck about a month ago. 1999 Ford F250 4 wheel drive. It runs great. I have insurance on it. But tag is dead. I have clear title Will I able to get a loan as little as $175 until payday on 3rd on Friday next week?
