Update: five years later and I'm on my second vehicle from Gale. The service department has been phenomenal with every issue I've had and getting the warranty repairs completed for me! I didn't even feel like I was buying a car, that's how smooth everything was. Walked in to look at one vehicle and walked out about 2 hours later with a new vehicle. The salesman was very patient and helpful, no pressure and no pushiness. I highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Staff is pleasant, business practices, not so much. You can't use your own bank, HAS to be one of theirs. 🤔 As if it weren't bad enough with the high interest rates, forget shopping around too much. They decide your interest rate. And hope you're all about having your vehicle vin etched, cause you're gonna pay for it whether you want it or not; non-negotiable item on the purchase order (about $269 or so). Hope you're flexible, cause if you really want that vehicle, gonna have to hold onto your ankles some and just take it. **EDIT On 8/22/22** I took off an additional star due to your effort to reframe my observations as "claims" as if based on no matter of fact. Whether YOU have a record of my being at your dealership is irrelevant. I've demonstrated my factual record of being at your dealership. I DARE you to call me a liar. Consider me a "secret shopper", and your performance a FAIL. Might I suggest your time be better spent NOT attempting to "trap" your customers into paying for items that have always been customarily OPTIONAL, then additionally limiting their ability to control their purchasing power by forcing them to your "friendly" cohort of banking institutions in order to do business with you. Yes, cohorts, because we all know, dealerships get a little something for bringing those banks business. Last I checked, you were listed as a business selling cars. Who are you to tell me who I can and can't finance through to transact with you; when did one Bank's money become better than the next? Don't smile and claim to serve my better interests, when you're boldly trying to normalize classic behaviours contributing to the "shady car salesman" narrative. Lest I label you a "Duck" due to "walk like, quack like" behaviour.**End Rant**

Bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE with just over 4,000 miles. Came with a 10 year 100k mile powertrain warranty, First 2 oil changes free, Roadside assistance, and sent me off with a full tank of fuel. The salesman that was working with me a gentleman in deed. Bob Kittle was so helpful kind and did what he could to help me get in to a car with what I had for cash and credit. If recommend anyone to go here if you are considering buying a Toyota. Ask for Bob!!!!
