Google needs to amend the number of stars you can leave in your review. If possible mine would be negative. The most extraordinarily awful experience for my father at Life Care. Do not let your loved ones rehab or stay long term here. Inept and wildly rude staff, I’m shocked they’ve not been shut down.

I know How busy it can get there. But I have been trying for 3 days to talk to someone who is living there. No go. Its pretty frustrating when you call he front desk and it just rings for 2 hours.

Rehab from hell. My mom was there for a little over 2 months. She has 3 insurances and they are trying to get over $800 out of her. She would call at all hours, begging us to get her out of there. I had to have a CNA removed from her care with the verbal abuse that I witnessed.

This is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Our rehab is physical, occupational and speech therapy.
