Excellent service and plenty of staff willing to help. I love the convenient location of the store right next to the mall and off the freeway. Everything I need for home improvement is easily accessible at a great price. Their returns policy is reasonable and helps with long complicated projects that may require multiple trips and revisions.

Usually I love your store, today there was an Asian lady at the self checkout who I believe was being discriminatory towards me, for everyone else she had her mask down as soon as I passed to take my toddler to the restroom however she put her mask on looked very judgmental at me and my child, when we came back from the restroom her mask was down and as soon as she saw me she put it back up looking judgmental before I passed her, my husband had already checked out and she had seen it, we had the receipt in the front of the bag, she could have seen that we bought these items, however she stopped us to look over our receipt like we stole something and took a while to do it… which we obviously didn’t do anything, we saw other people leave the store and she didn’t stop them to check their receipt.. just us. You need to either talk seriously to your workers about being non-judgmental or fire them. This is ridiculous.

I do not think this location deserves a 3 star overall, but I have had mixed experiences here. I have done two major renovations in the last 4 years and have spent hundreds of hours here. With that said it is still my preferred home improvement store, so they are doing some things well and could improve on others.

The first employee I asked for help said just because you seen in online doesn't mean its in store & sorry we dont have that here. I felt like she was lazy & just didn't want to take time out from doing what looked like nothing to help. So I wandered till I found a nice man I asked the same question & he walked me right to the isle & handed me the exact product I was looking for. $50 is a lot for a can of coolant but it works really nice my car is blowing super cold air again & the store didn't miss out on my $50 sale because of the 1st lazy employee I came across. Thanks to the nice man who helped me find what I knew your store had. I wish I got your name.

Not really. They have a kit to put blinds on the door that is enclosed, but if it is built into the door you have to have a specialist come repair or replace it.
