Great Apartment! I have been living here for a few months now. This apartment offers the proximity to the city, while avoiding city traffic. Easy access to the T, as well as the freeway. The staff members are very nice. Mohamed is extremely friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable when it comes to fulfilling maintenance requests. Kristin is extremely nice, and makes leasing a breeze. Living somewhere is always better when you’re around personable people. I’m happy to live here.

No, this is not low income rent. Rent here averages about 2, 200.00 a month.. A top floor, penthouse a]partment with outdoor garden is 4, 500 a month.. But Everett has low rent, luxury apartments for US citizens. Low rent apartments cost 1/3 of your monthly income. Example You get a 1.000 dollar Social Security a month. Rent is 333. dollars a month, heat & air conditioning included. And the building is much better than 201 Chelsea
