This is the 3rd time we've come here and they haven't included the sauces with the nugget kids meal. I went in to get it because people make mistakes I get it. But got dirty looks from everyone in the kitchen for interrupting their conversation. On top of that they gave me a smaller drink nested inside a larger cup.

There were plenty of employees working, but they refused to let people order from the counter. There were only two kiosks for ordering open. One lady was waiting for over 30 minutes for her order that she'd placed and they hadn't called her number, so she left. Staff was incredibly rude, slow, and missed items in orders. The kiosks don't let you upgrade your drinks to a large, so you have to cancel your order and order everything as individual items. McDonald's has gone way down hill, and leaves MUCH to be desired.

I got a free birthday cinnamon roll so I was pretty happy about that. Then I bought my son a double burger with cheese and some fries because he's always hungry and it was after high school so he was extra hungry. He enjoyed his food and I enjoyed mine. It was a snack for both us and we went inside. The service was good.

The “big mystery” question What is this? Lol dark, burnt over oily on a “possibly week old bun” A filet o fish? I spoke with one of the Supervisors Madison who said” oh yeah it’s the new guy he keeps burning the food…just go on the Uber eats app and get a refund” forget we paid a fee plus a tip. My question why are you guys allowing burnt food to be served? We literally had to throw them away it was so gross! But then, McDonald’s really isn’t known “to care about customers” Eventually with all the options people are having McDonald’s could be obsolete soon. If I could give a zero, that’s what I would give!
