Customer Service Review: I was really excited to begin my journey of removing a 20 year old tattoo on my neck today but unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I called the office about 30 minutes ahead of my appointment to let them know I'd be about 5-10 minutes late, and to see if that was okay. I was told it was fine and to come in. I get to the office exactly 10 minutes late and was refused services by Gabby. While I understand that mistakes happen, she showed no empathy and spoke to me as if it was my fault or as if I showed up late without calling. There was no accountability, and she shifted blame on the receptionist for being new. The receptionist was very apologetic, polite, had great customer service and took accountability. Nurse Margaret was also empathetic and offered to take care of me on her lunch, but Gabby said no in order to avoid a lawsuit (literally her words). Visibly frustrated, I told her nevermind I will find another place of business. I started to walk out the door and she said, "okay have a nice day!" but my husband stopped me and explained to her that usually when dealing with customers you do your best to try and accommodate, especially when the mistake was made on the business's end. ONLY then did she say, "well I was going to offer you 50% off your service and we can reschedule, is that not accommodating the customer?" Sometimes, it's not all about the money. At this point, we rescheduled for 3 days out. I wanted to confirm that the 50% off would be on top of the 20% discount for being a first time client, but she told me no, the 20% was increased to 50%... after that I was just over it. Just to be clear, had there been even a HINT of empathy and accountability instead of a "too bad, so sad" type of attitude, I would've gotten over their mistake even though we drove all the way from Elkhorn in North Natomas. She didn't seem concerned that the business lost a customer today, and was sure to let me know that she'd already let told the owner what happened. Good customer service can fix ANY negative situation. Had she had the same attitude as the receptionist, I'd still be on the schedule for next week.

I love this place! Jammi and the entire team are wonderful! So nice and professional. I felt very comfortable and had all my questions answered. They remember me when I walk in and make me feel at home. I would highly recommend!

I have no idea why I didn’t come here sooner. I just had my first laser facial with Jeslyn (who is amazingly wonderful) and loved the results. The results were immediate for me. By the time I finished the facial, scheduled my next appointment, and walked to my Jeep, I could already see the facial had lightened the acne scars I had. I’m excited to finally fix a problem that I have struggled with for years. I strongly encourage anyone struggling with any residual scarring to make an appointment here, I highly recommend them. :)

I have used inkoff.me for two different peices now. What's nice is on the second tattoo, I paid for 6 sessions up front and got a reduced price for the remaining sessions, however I haven't heard of payment plans other than buying your treatments in a package.
We base our pricing for tattoo removal on the size of the tattoo. We are appointment only.
We do a discounted rate for gang tattoo that are on the hands, face or neck.
We charge by the size of the tattoo. So, the smaller it is, the less expensive it can be.
I think they have free events for people coming out of jail etc... like it has to hinder from normal daily life to qualify...Idk about anything else. But its a minimum $100 for regular services per session & i think usually takes at least 4-6 sessions to full remove
You need to call and make an appointment.
Thank you for your question! Prices vary per tattoo - each quote is personalized to the patient. Book a FREE consultation with us and we will not only give you an estimate/package options, but we will answer all your questions and go over the removal process. - Gabriella "Brie" Borges, Supervisor
$100 for the first inch and then it goes down per inch from there. Consults are free to come and get measured.
Mel is right! It goes by as quick as the RN can trace the tattoo. Plus, we offer ice before the procedure or you can purchase a numbing cream to help with the pain.
It is $175 per session
