I placed an order online and the cake was ready on time. There were many cake flavors to choose from. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when my husband came home with the cake, I was pleased. How cute!! The cake was packed in cellophane and tied with ribbon at the top. Good presentation. The cake itself was moist and frosting fantastic! We'll be going with nothing bundt cakes from now on for all occasions. Thank you! **Update** For our son's birthday, we ordered an 8 and 10 inch bundt as well as bundtinis. Sooooo cute, moist, and delicious!! Everyone loved them!

You can freeze them up to a couple weeks or more. I can't remember but they will tell you.
I dont care what practices they follow. It's their business, they should run it as they wish.
You should call them directly to make sure they can cover your area, Rita. Depending on what volume you need it always helps to make sure they will have enough of them available.
