Lots of machines out of order. Still have not received a refund for coins lost. The only reason I visit this place is because it is close to my home.

We have used this location several times since July 2016 and I suppose I could say that it is an easily accessible location right next to a small gas station. It is fairly clean although the bathroom door does not lock. The machines, however, do not seem to be cleaned often enough and every time I have been there at least two machines have out of order signs on them. Most recently, I was told that four or more machines were down as well. I feel that if some of the washing machines were replaced and the bathroom was fixed, I would be happy to rate this place four stars. The lady attendant is also very nice every time we do see her.

CANNOT LOCK BATHROOM DOOR! Besides the fact that about a third of their machines are down or "out of service" all of the time, you can't lock the bathroom door when you need to go, even though it has a lock (which is broken). Most would argue that restrooms available to the general public are not usually lockable, and while this is typically true, it's their only bathroom. And, since the only bathroom is Unisex it is vital that it has a lock that actually works. People will walk in on you all the time there when you're trying to relieve yourself or simply wash up. It wouldn't even cost the owner $50 to fix this problem, but they don't. This laundromat's only redeeming quality are their dirt cheap dollar Tuesdays, but that is not enough to mitigate the other negative factors. For a 5 star review consider the following factors: 1. Get your machines fixed, cleaned or serviced right away so that 90% or more are operable at all times. 2. Replace the door handle/lock to the bathroom with one that has a functioning lock so people can crap in peace without having others walk in on them.
