Best Buy does not need our business. I went to geek squad, zero customers in line or at counter, and not only was the employee rude, he also stated I wouldn’t be able to drop laptop of due to the fact he had a customer showing up in ten minutes. Best Buy I’ve been buying from you since 1982. Never again! Not only did you lose this customer but you have lost 40 years of recommending. My geek squad contract will be ended immediately.

excellent customer service from management and staff! Chris and Shayden especially. My father is elderly and didn’t know what he was doing when buying a phone. Both team members helped us sort out some issues after the fact. I really appreciate all the help, patience and friendly service!

On my most recent visit, there weren't too many employees (as is the case with so many places), but it wasn't busy (week night, near closing time). The two I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. I found what I was looking for (with a little guidance) and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Three stars because this is what I expect.

Brandon and the other young lady who helped me were awesome! Thank you for returning the screen protector with no question because it didn't fit on the phone with my case. My case came with a screen protector attached, so if you tried to put a screen protector on and then put the case on over it the phone is too thick for the case. It was purchased at Best Buy by my brother and I just went in to have them put the screen protector & case on for me and help me activate the phone. They did awesome! Thank you for making my day a little easier!

Yes they do. It used to be at no charge until about 6 months ago. They now charge $25 for each one.

It looks like Best Buy has the replacement ear pads, but you'll need to order them in.
They take those too. Usually there is a bin in the entryway or if it's full go to the Geek Squad counter to the right after you enter the store.

Order online and choose store pickup then drive up to the doors and they will check you in and hand deliver product to your vehicle, I've used this service at the coon rapids, oakdale, and eden prairie locations. Has been pretty slick

No. You need to go to your local recycling area for that. Same with computers.
That will depend on the staff at the store nearest you. I would not hesitate at all to go in there and ask them if they have ever installed one in a car similar to yours
