STAY AWAY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Doc was fine, very knowledgeable, etc. Front desk staff an ENTIRELY different story. Purchased a pair of glasses, lenses alone were expensive, ($$$) + $400.00 frames that had a one year warranty. First weekend I had them they broke so I bought a back up pair of lenses for my existing frame (add'l $450.00) as I cannot be without. I really liked the new frames, how they looked, etc., but they kept having issues, etc., I had finally had enough close to the end of the warranty & asked for my money back. Front desk person said they would not refund !! I was very nastily told "we don't refund". NOWHERE IN THAT STORE AT THAT TIME WAS THERE ANY NOTICE THEY RIP YOU OFF & DO NOT REFUND - ESPECIALLY - WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE & HAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY. Then I got a letter stating they were dropping me as a patient. Fine, I found another physician & I filed w/the credit card company & got my refund that way. STAY AWAY!! Front desk will RIP YOU OFF!!!

Don't waste your money on big vision chains, get the personal service you deserve here. Communication is excellent, staff are the best. :) Take care of your eyes at LFV.

I had my first visit to Latham Family Vision and was so pleased with my experience! From the lovely receptionists to Dr. Loccisano, I felt immediately comfortable. I was seen right on time and the eye tests were easy with no eye drops needed. Dr. Loccisano carefully explained everything about my eyes in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend this practice.

I am very happy with Latham Family Vision. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Loccisano diagnosed and discussed treatments for my dry eye condition which I had been living with forever. I am now able to wear daily wear contact lenses. They also have a great selection of frames! I am very pleased and highly recommend Latham Family Vision.
