Spent a ton of money on there pool cover. And it's garbage. And they never get back to you. You get a run around.

Ordered a fiberglass pool on June 9, 2021 with a local pool company. Our pool model is the Synergy through Latham. We were told it would be approximately a year for deliver/install. In June 2022 we were told our pool would ship 7/21/22. I placed a followup call to our pool company on 7/25/22 and was told Latham had a resin shortage and our new ship date was 8/4/22. I placed a followup call on 8/8/22 and was told it did not ship and there was a gel coat shortage. At this time there was no ETA on a delivery. I received a call on 9/1/22 stating that the pool was set to ship on 9/8/22. I placed a call to my pool company and was told it did not ship because there was 'a driver issue' and it was now expected to ship 9/22/22. I called Latham and was told by ANDREW on the Orange Team that he 'couldn't help me and to call my pool company and take the issue up with them.' I am convinced at this time that my pool has yet to even be manufactured and Latham is making excuses. Do yourself a favor and make sure that you DO NOT choose a fiberglass pool manufactured by LATHAM!!!

Their authorized dealer charged me $5000 for a new pool liner that they measured incorrectly and stretched to the point where it started tearing within a month. They also never swept or vacuumed the floor before putting the liner down so all the sharp shards of gravel and cement are popping through. The two installers had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Now they refuse to answer phone calls or honor there warranty

No we are a manufacturer.
Well most if not all ladders are removable they usually slide into a sleeve that is permanently mounted and if it hasn't been removed in awhile it may seem solidly mounted but if you tap it with a rubber mallet while wiggling it . Most likely it will come out and the slide should be mounted the same way but much more awkward and more likely to bind in the sleeves it would be helpful to have a few friends to help . If by chance they are both permanently installed you can call or email your local building inspectors office for the local codes
