Amazing customer service here at this DSW. The cashier, Makaila, was so sweet and hooked me up with VIP. The store is also tidy. I recommend.

I did an in store pick up... My shoes like like they were walked in... Straps are used...damaged box... Mark on the heel. Other than that, the store clerks were very friendly! Thanks Greg!

Placed a pick up order and for hours it sat as processing. It was not until I finally called that they said it was not in stock. They should do better inventory control when offering this service to avoid this. Then the charge sits on your card for days until it falls off leaving you without your shoe money

Fairlawn. We get off 77 @ Exit 135 and turn right. Go about 2 or 3 miles. Go to 2nd stop light & turn left it is in the strip mall at back. Close to Old Navy.
