Scheduled a passport application twice now, both a week in advance, and they only wait until a couple hours before my appointment each time to cancel. Shouldn't allow people to make appointments if there is never any staff at the passport desk. Wouldn't be that big of a problem if passports didn't already take 8-11 weeks to come back.

This is the worst postal service I have ever encounter. 12308 never have a regular postal carrier, for days do not get mail like suppose to. I am writing this review because I have not received mail in the past 2 days. I get mail order prescriptions due to my blood pressure and today I had to get in touch with my insurance carrier to override so I can get my meds from the pharmacy. I get alerts from the INFORMED DELIVERY of the mail I suppose to receive on each day, I have checked each box that states NOT RECEIVED. THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY INVESTIGATED. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!! I hope someone from the POSTAL SERVICE READS THIS REVIEW AND TAKE ACTIONS. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED ONE STAR IS BEING KIND, NO STAR IS FITTING FOR THE SERVICE THIS POSTAL DESERVES
