A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live. I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them. Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get. Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.

Whats the point of having a phone if they NEVER ANSWER I have to call back to back almost 50 times in a row EVERY TIME I need to contact someone. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Lazy incompetent unresponsive staff

Heritage station once again lost my magazines, their carriers are very incompetent' and i don't believe they can read and understand English . Their managers tell you they will call again but never do.. They are the worst in Capital district

Literally the worst phone service EVER. They never answer.

29 jay or 1976 schuyler are both pretty close
Yes they do, in various sizes (and prices), and for six months or one year at a time.
They are terrible!! Thank you tho
What do you mean? Of course they do.
Better to go to the post office in person bring the mail with you.i know it's a pain to do but they will gladly fix the problem
It should eventually get to you. The Schenectady office will figure out the zip is wrong and send it to the correct office. Or it would return it to sender.
What is the address of your building? With that information, we can find out what happened. But, did you call your delivering post office? That should get you better results than would a public post?
NO you can get it done on Jay St, Schenectady, rexford post office or Niskayuna post office
