THERE IS NO WHERE TO PARK! There are mice. Don’t move here. They put tow signs up everywhere without telling us and towed everyone’s car for parking at the club house and villas. We can’t park at the club house either. I was talking to a villa resident with a group of neighbors and they said “well they’re just renters over there anyway.” I’m not a renter! Not having enough parking for one group while having more than enough for another is discrimination!!!! The sign say villa parking only. I have documented proof this is only in the villas no where else. Why doesn’t my neighborhoods say (insert name) “parking only”?????? Sounds like a court case. Good thing I’m a lawyer. Mind you when my car was towed it was damaged. I tried to call the club house. No one answered. So I walked up there just to find out they are only open Tuesday and Thursday. Unacceptable!

I was recently staying with a friend during a hard turn of events in my life. I lost my father and was going through a divorce. The HOA sent her notices with pictures taken of her grass, her trash can being out at a certain time and they had both our vehicles towed due to parking in her driveway and the car being little out on the sidewalk. This neighborhood is good for singles who have no children and one vehicle or an individuals who have no life or friends. Just someone visiting after dark runs the risk of going out not finding the vehicle which will be towed at their expense. What happen to sending monthly newsletters informing the community of changes or reminding them of HOA policies to ensure all residence including those renting? Salem Fields needs to find solutions to resolve problems not create them for the residents. Build up your community don't tear it down! This pandemic is enough for residents to deal with alone. Adding to their financial burdens doesn't help in the least.

I love the neighborhood but... the pool is a whole different thing. My story: I've had someone kick a ball at a high rate of speed straight at my head. There was a birthday party there, and I was sitting with my kids minding our own business... I turn my head and the ball hit my head at head level (I was sitting at water level) and hit to the extent that it rendered me delusional for a few seconds. Laughing and stating his hand slipped was a blatant lie, being I saw the ball and the direction it was traveling was straight for my head. If my daughter [who is one] was in the direction that ball was traveling.... I guarantee you it would have made her unconscious. The only thing done was a lost in the sauce life guard blowing the whistle. No words, nothing. I refuse to go back to that pool without 5+ people that I know there. That's the only way I know things will be alright...

Great neighborhood pool. Swim Team is small but fun, not a great team as fas as winning, couching could probably be a little better. But the kids make good friends and learn to swim.
