This Papa Johns seems to think it is ok for a driver to pass a customers house in order to deliver to another delivery 15 mins further away and the. bring a cold pizza back. I wont be using this pizza establishment again!!

I appreciate the sauce most about their pizza. Staff is usually pretty friendly and attentive.

My husband called in an order for Jalapeno Popper Bites and a regular sausage pizza. He paid by credit card and added a generous tip since we thought delivery would be "contact free". When the driver came to our door, he requested we sign the receipt (which had no tip showing on it). The Jalapeno Poppers were NOT in the box and instead we got a blah 10 inch cheese stix. The pizza had slid in the box and half the cheese had fallen off of the bread. My husband called the store to let them know we had not received what we ordered. The person he spoke with offered to note in their computer system for him to receive a Popper "credit" for next time we ordered. We won't be ordering again from this place. Very disappointing!
