Went into store to buy a case of beer with my sister. Cashier ask if we both are together we reply yes, he ask for ID from both of us for the beer, I simply told the cashier I am the only one with ID he refuse to sell me the beer, my frustration started when only 2 days ago he sold 2 cases of beer to my sister and her friend with only the one ID. When I got home we called to speak to the manager we were told the manager was not there, and rudely hang the phone up while I was still speaking to him. My question if I had walked in with my child would he have sold me the beer without a second ID? THE STAFF AT THIS STORE IS RUDE AND CONVENIENTLY FOLLOW THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. Rules and regulations should be followed everyday.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Joanne (spelling?) is the best. However I’m on a tear with complaining (sorry not sorry) about the garbage all over the place. Although their parking lot is always pretty clean the sidewalk and adjacent areas on the McCllelan side is horrible. I realize it’s getting worse all over the city. For some reason street sweepers aren’t out maybe? It really brings the city down and I would think businesses especially would keep their area clean. Don’t think I’m just b^#t*|g and not doing anything about it. I DO pick up trash (with gloves) up and down my street all the time. Just last month I have picked up trash on Union St., CVS parking lot twice and in front of Vale Cemetery. I’m hoping with this review and others at different businesses and talking to management, someone will take it seriously. I have offered my services and mean it! It’s so sad to see my beloved city that I have lived in all my life look, well like trash. Haha.
