Some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a really long time. Let me start off with the fact we waited 20-25 minutes before being able to talk to a waitress/waiter to even place our order. And once we finally did that took a bit more time to get our food. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and the wings were extremely small, over cooked and I didn’t get what I asked for. We already had 3 waiters at this point and I was frustrated. A manager came up to ask how everything was and we told them the issues we were experiencing. They said they would have new wings and fries made but that was another 15 minutes before those came out. Therefore by that time we weren’t even hungry anymore. The waitress brings the new food out and said she was going to comp our meal completely which I appreciate because I didn’t want to have to ask to have it taken off considering all we’ve already experienced. However after that our waitress left and we were sure what do do from there . This visit was very confusing and not worth it .

My daughter and I had dinner there yesterday and were excited since we hadn’t been there in 10+ years. I had the breaded chicken strips. They were so overcooked and so tough that I left all 3 of them. When we asked for the check, we waited well over 10 minutes for the check then noticed that our waiter was not actually busy working but flitting back and forth between a man and a group of ladies and gabbing and laughing with the ladies. We didn’t see this as a problem because after all waiters should be pleasant and accommodating. When he finally arrived with the check, he did apologize for the wait but he shocked us by admitting that it was because he was busy playing matchmaker between a man and a group of ladies, as if that was an acceptable excuse. I’m rating 3 stars instead of 4 because my daughter loved her boneless wings, our fried pickles were very good, our cocktails were perfect, and the atmosphere was fun overall.
