A lot of fast food restaurants don't have low carb options, making it difficult for anyone watching their carbs to eat out. Captain D's has some awesome options though. I ordered the blackened tilapia with 2 shrimp skewers and green beans. The total carbs came to 14. The only down side is, I asked for them to leave the rice off and the fish still came on a bed of rice. I love rice and it was a temptation I didn't need, and it was frustrating because as soon as I finished the order, I got complete silence from their end. No price. No confirmation of what I had ordered. Next time I will be sure to ask them to repeat the order back to me.

I purchased a 3 piece fish dinner with a medium drink. The dinner was supposed to have French fries and Cole slaw. There were NO fries. Just an empty area where they should have been. I had to ask for my drink at the window as the lady neglected to give it to me. Very poor service with long wait time!Cindy, we're so sorry to hear that our service wasn’t up to par. They are so extremely slow. They had people waiting in the reserve spots. And you look back and the line is moving but we are still waiting. If they cannot get enough help. The owner should take it upon himself to close his business for good.Eddie - We are sorry to hear that. It's nice that Captain D's in Lima now has dine in available, but if they are NOT going to enforce their face covering mandate, what's the use?? We visited there this evening. The couple in front of us were ordering at the counter with no face covering while a family that entered behind us also had no face covering. This certainly doesn't make me feel safe and I won't be dining in there any time soon. Guess when I get a craving for fish, I'll wait in line in the drive thru where I know I am safe. If you truly care about your customers and community spread, ENFORCE your mandate!
