There is a guy who work there who knows everything and anything about any piece there. Highly informative, goes above and beyond for customers. Then theres a couple other guys who really dont know too much about anything sold there. Asking the other fellows about replacement parts and they automatically say we're out and itll be on the next truck. Or they'll look at you like you're crazy because they dont know the answer to your question. Its a great store with tons a variety. A few informative employees didnt ruin the experience just made it a little frustrating. HIGHLY recommend
