With how backed up contractors are these days, I have always had a good response time, and a professional technician come and service my home. I've used Payless twice so far, and I plan to continue to do so. They even gave me advice on how to avoid future clogs and service calls.

I had them come in first the guy smelled so bad of smoke, he had no teeth. He barely even looked at my issued just said right away I needed a new washer hook up. The lady called me with a cost of $850. I was so blown away. I had to pay $125 for nothing the guy was at my place 7 minutes and he made $125. They told me I could put that $125 toward the work so are you saying it really costs $975. I couldn’t sleep that night. Paid somebody else $65 to come look at it. It was a bad washer. The whole thing cost $211. This place said $850 for a bad washer. They saw a single female and took total advantage of. Thank god I called somebody else. They will never get another dime from me. Oh btw don’t bother showing up next Tuesday consider this my cancellation notice. Don’t use them. Read other reviews same issues. I just wish I read the reviews first. Thank you for almost screwing.
