Nice landscaping. Large tracks for walk, bike, and/or kids to go around. nice ball courts (soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, basketball). Not good for kids under 3 TBH. A lot of roaming teenagers.

Yes! Have to be on a leash, must pick up after your doggies!! Only cause kids and adults walk in the grass. I just thought of this, throw it in the trees,great fertilizer!! Enjoy!!!
