I would not recommend any Extra Space unit. 26 months, never late or missed a payment. Pre-paid over 6 months as suggested by staff to prevent a rate increase and received a notice of yet another rate increase of over $100 BEFORE the next payment was even due. They will get you in with a low rate and continue to increase rent every possible moment no matter whether you pre-pay as suggested. DO NOT use Extra Space.
