There is a employee there named Stephanie who was so rude on the phone that I decided to go out of my way to Poughkeepsie for a medical device purchase. I hope she gets fired and if she is an owner I hope the place goes out of business.

I have always had excellent service, till recently. After being assured by phone that a prescription would be available, and changing to this pharmacy because of that, when it came to time order the prescription, I was told none of there wholesalers had it. I was told they can’t know if a prescription is available till it’s time to call in for it. Seems a very odd way to run a pharmacy.

I'm aware they do compression garment measures and services for lymphedema as I've the illness myself and bring my prescription there, however, my lymphedema issue is not mastectomy related, yet, I'm sure they do treatment for each patient pertinent to his or her individual needs, so, sweetie, there is hope for you get this procedure once you've obtained your prescription, I'm pretty much old-hat about after a plethora of years, in fact, they were referred to me as Tubi Grips when I began my recovery, speaking of which... I do hope you're in fine health and spirits, that your recovery has been as stress free as possible, my mom went through the gamut herself and had slight to moderate lymphedema after surgery, we share the same family physician, so I just knew via The Almighty Jehovah God that not only would she be treated with respect and kindness, it was exceptionally compassionate and warm, I hope your treatment was as outstanding as hers, with that I hope you found this helpful: )
